Green Apple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup green apple, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
- Pour the coconut milk and water into a blender.
- Add the green apple, frozen mango, fresh ginger, lime juice, and honey.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
