Green Apple Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup green apple, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions:

  1. Pour the coconut milk and water into a blender.
  2. Add the green apple, frozen mango, fresh ginger, lime juice, and honey.
  3. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
